Shipping policy

PACKAGING

We ship all of our products in cardboard boxes with cornstarch pellets or shredded cardboard or paper that is recyclable or home compostable.

LEAD TIME

Our usual lead time is 2-3 working days but can be longer during the busy holiday season. If you have an urgent request you can choose EXPRESS shipping at the checkout and we will do our best to prepare your order and send it with next day delivery service.

COLLECT

Many of our customers are local to us and like to collect their order directly. If you would like to collect your order from us please select LOCAL PICK UP at the check out. When your order is ready we will send you instructions regarding collecting through your email.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Our standard shipping is calculated at the checkout and is based on the weight of your order and can take 3 to 5 business days

• Your preferred shipping method must be entered at the checkout
• Depending on the weight and volume of your order, we may choose to use a shipping box that ships cost effectively through CANADA POST thus saving you shipping costs

We currently do not offer shipping to international countries.
